Ariana Grande clarified her recent comment that beauty injections were the secret to her youthful appearance.

The 31-year-old actress and singer was recently honored with the Rising Star Award at the Palm Springs Film Festival. When receiving the award, she thanked "Botox and Juvederm" for her appearance.

Ariana Grande has now revealed that she is "four years clean" from such beauty injections.

Grande proudly announced that she has been "clean" of beauty injections for four years after teasing about Botox.

The "7 Rings" singer took home the Rising Star Award at the Palm Springs Film Festival on Friday and jokingly attributed her look to "Botox and Juvederm."

However, in a conversation with Entertainment Tonight after giving her acceptance speech, she clarified, "I'm still clean, I'm still clean, but when I start going (injecting) again, I'll let you know."

Grande emphasized, "I mean it. I really want to be transparent as a beauty founder. As the founder of rem beauty, I think it's important to have transparency."

"But I love it and I support it. But I've been clean for four years. See the lines? I love them," she said of her natural skin.

While giving her acceptance speech for the Rising Star award, Grande discussed what the honor means to her and poked fun at herself, saying she thought she'd be considered for "a bit of a fading star" instead.

"You don't know how much this means to me," said Grande, who turned heads at the event in a chic satin white dress, per People Magazine.

She added: "I thought I'd heard 'slowly fading star' or 'falling star' by now, so thank you."

During the event, the pop star also praised Jennifer Coolidge, who presented her with the award. She called Coolidge "a comic genius whose brilliance inspired (her) entire life."

Grande then thanked "Wicked" director Jon M. Chu, whom she described as her "fearless leader," and her co-star Cynthia Erivo, whom she called her "brilliant sister."

The Botox comment comes months after Grande revealed the cosmetic procedures she's ever received during a lie detector interview. Vanity Fair with her "Wicked" co-star Cynthia Erivo.

When pressed to confirm whether she had ever had a nose job or breast surgery, she denied it, and a polygraph test confirmed that she was telling the truth.

When asked if she's ever had a facelift, the "Into You" singer said, "No, not yet. I'm open."

However, Grande admitted that she has had fillers and Botox in the past "in various places", but said she stopped "like four years ago".

She was then asked if she had ever had a Brazilian butt lift, which she laughed off, telling the interviewer to "Get out of here."

"Yeah," she joked, prompting the polygraph examiner to clarify, "She's delusional."

The former Nickelodeon child star said she would never win the BBL because it "wouldn't work for her". She added that she doesn't "think it's my business, and I'm fine with that, you know?"

In addition, she denied getting a "fox lift" and said she didn't know what it was until she was accused of having it.

"I discovered it through people who thought I was, and I said thank you," she noted.

The "Thank U, Next" singer took home the Rising Star award for her role as Glinda Dobra in the movie "Wicked".

She explained that being able to act in the film "is not only the honor of my life" but also that it is "like coming home".

"For those of you who don't know, I started in stand-up comedy. My first professional gig was in our living room in Boca Raton, Florida, (to entertain) my grandparents. I was 4 years old and my mom gave $5," Grande shared.

She then explained how comedy shaped her life: “I learned early on that laughter is one of our greatest escapes, and I remember the contagious effect it had, not only on the people in my life, but how it fed me in return.

"And the past 10 years, when I've been really focused on music, I've really missed that feeling. So it really feels like the beginning of a new chapter," Grande added.

The festival's chairman, Nachhattar Singh Chandi, was also touched that Grande won the award, and said it was "the beginning of many accolades" she would receive in her career.

He said: "Ariana Grande is an iconic global actress who has seamlessly transitioned to film in her first major leading role, proving that she is a multi-faceted and undeniable talent."

"This role will surely be the beginning of many accolades that he will pick up during his acting career," he added.

Grande was also nominated for a Golden Globe and Critics Choice Awards for her supporting role in the musical fantasy film.

"Wicked" is based on the 1995 book by Gregory Maguire, which was later turned into a triple Tony Award-winning Broadway musical in 2003.

The final part of the film is scheduled to hit theaters in November 2025.
