Laverne Cox Previously stepping away from E!'s red carpet coverage 2025 Golden Globes.

"With an incredible amount of gratitude, I have decided not to return as host of #LiveFromE's red carpet coverage," Cox, 52, wrote via Instagram Thursday, January 2. “I am incredibly proud of the work we have accomplished during my three-year tenure. I want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone at @nbcuniversal, @eentertainment and @denofthievestv for your incredible support.”

In his post, the Orange is the New Black The actress shared a video montage of clips featuring her one-on-one interviews from the Oscars, Emmys, Grammys and other award shows.

"These moments are a reminder to me what an incredible opportunity it was to talk to some of the best artists in the world about their work, navigating the pressures of success," he shared. “I am very excited to grow, evolve and explore great opportunities as an actress, artist, host and speaker. I hope you all continue to follow me on my journey of development."
