In August, the source said Daily Mail that Blake Lively has expressed concern about the potential impact of the ongoing "It Ends With Us" controversy on her career and reputation.

According to the insider, Lively initially saw her role in the film as "her moment to shine," a significant opportunity to showcase her talent on a larger scale. However, she now fears that the negative publicity surrounding the production could threaten her standing in the industry and overshadow the film's success.

"Blake is definitely sad about the hate she's getting and she's trying not to let it affect her, but it is," a source said at the time. "She thought this was her moment to shine, but now she sees it as the end of her career. She's afraid no one will want to work with her after this."

They added: "She really wants to continue producing, directing and acting, but she knows she needs to take a step back for a minute to reassess the future."
