Ryan Seacrest Agree that anything can happen in Times Square on New Year's Eve
Before hosting Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve On ABC, Seacrest, 50, appeared Good morning America To talk about the tradition of the ceremony — the moment someone proposes in the crowd.
