Nina Dobrev and her fiance, Shaun Whitethey spent their first Christmas together as an engaged couple, and the actress gave fans a peek into their fun holiday moments.

On her Instagram page, Dobrev shared photos and videos of their time at what appears to be a mountain resort.

Shaun White proposed to Nina Dobrev at a popular restaurant after tricking the actress into thinking he was going to a Vogue dinner with fashion icon Anna Wintour.

Dobrev and White must be on top of the world as the pair are all smiles in photos and videos shared by the "Vampire Diaries" star to mark their first Christmas together as an engaged couple.

The actress shared photos and videos with her nearly 30 million followers on Instagram, with the caption "first Christmas as fiancee".

In the first clip in the photo dump, White can be seen grinning into the camera in hand while taking a selfie with Dobrev, who is smiling at him.

The couple appeared to be at a snowy mountain resort with family members on vacation, as another photo showed Dobrev cuddling up to two smiling children.

White and Dobrev are also shown posing in front of a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and playing with a dog in the snow in the lighthearted video.

In the comments section of the actress' post, Dobrev and White received season greetings from fans who were happy to see holiday photos of the newlyweds.

One person said: "Nina, you don't know how happy I am for you! You finally found yours."

Another said: "They were made for each other," while a third noted: "Aged backwards! Best couple."

However, some fans were more interested in Dobr's engagement ring, which stole the spotlight in the photos from the photo dump.

"Girl, how can you not have a panic attack riding with that rock, (?)," asked a fan.

Another commented, "All I see is rock, and it sends me every time."

The couple's holiday date comes nearly two months after White proposed to Dobrev at the Golden Swan restaurant.

In an interview with VogueDobrev revealed that the engagement was a surprise. She came to the restaurant thinking she was going to have an intimate CFDA/Vogue dinner with Anna Wintour.

However, when she entered the place where the dinner was scheduled, she found White standing under a rose arch.

"I was in shock. I just froze and stared at him," Dobrev said of the experience, adding that she said the words "No" several times because she couldn't believe White was going to pop the question.

White and Dobrev began dating in 2019 after meeting at an event in Florida. They moved in together the following year and made their relationship official on Instagram.

Before the snowboarder's proposal, he tried to pop the question twice, but unexpected situations thwarted each of them.

The first was during the previous November while they were on a trip to Cape Town, South Africa. However, when their friends asked when they would get engaged, White thought it best to postpone the proposal.

White also wanted to propose to Dobrev during their vacation this year, but abandoned that plan after the actress unexpectedly broke her knee while cycling.

During the conversation with Us WeeklyWhite opened up about his romance with Dobrev and how they kept the fire burning in their long-distance relationship.

"We have a nice little system of keeping in touch," he said in 2021. "The plane tickets are pretty much booked for every opportunity to see each other."

The skateboarder continued: "So I know over the holiday break we'll see each other, and we'll see each other again probably around Christmas. Whatever happens in between, then I'll fly over and see if you do."

White added, "I think that's the goal of everything, and the key to everything is just making time. (Nina's) super organized on top of that, so I give it to her. She always finds a way to make it happen."
