In his video, Arnold talked about the time he went under the knife. Although she wanted to wait until she and husband Sam Cusick "had a baby," Arnold later changed her mind.
"Naturally, many of you are asking if this means we've had a baby," Arnold said. “We're not done having kids. I think my plans and timeline have been changed quite a bit."
Arnold and Cusick, who have been together since high school, share daughters Sage, 4, and June, 15 months.
On Friday, Arnold said she didn't feel it was the right time for her and her husband to try for a third child, which would give her breasts time to grow and lift.
"I decided I didn't want to wait," she explained. “Obviously (I) know there's a chance I'll have to get a lift later in life or whatever, but I don't want to wait any longer. … We're just giving (family planning) a little more pause.”

Arnold also consulted a plastic surgeon about the procedure, noting that she was interested in getting an augmentation after her breasts had become "bloated" since having children.
"The skin is there, there's nothing inside," she admits. "I really want to fill out the shape I already have and create fullness and volume so that it stays that way when I'm not wearing a bra."

"My Christmas present this year is that I'm getting breast augmentation," Arnold said at the time. "Guys, I'm freaking out, but I'm also so excited. This has been going on for, like, over two weeks. I'm 31 on January 11th, and Sam and I are going to Mexico for a little getaway. We're working three nights and then we're home. Back. The next day, I'm getting my breast lift too."
