Jamie Foxx reportedly has no intention of letting go of the past after being hit in the face with a glass while celebrating his birthday.
The actor had dinner with his family and friends at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, California, but was angered when an image of the p-nis was projected onto his desk. In an attempt to deal with the situation, an unidentified person threw a glass bottle at him and injured his face.
Sources have now revealed that Jamie Foxx wants to press charges as the investigation continues.

Foxx reportedly wants to file a lawsuit against the person who left him needing stitches after throwing a glass at him during his birthday dinner with loved ones at Mr. Chow's.
The movie star was involved in a fight that day when members of the "Jackass" production company pointed a "laser p-nis pointer" at his desk, projecting an obscene image.
He appeared to get "flustered" and went to figure things out when someone in the group threw a glass at him and left him needing stitches.
The source now said TMJ that the "Django Unchained" actor is "fully cooperating with the investigation" and that he "wants to press charges so that this type of incident does not happen to others."

Investigations into this case are still ongoing
According to news reports, the investigation into the case is still ongoing as police have yet to arrest or publicly name a suspect linked to the incident.
Police have reportedly taken video evidence from the popular hotspot, but are still speaking to the parties involved.
Reports claim they now want to speak to "Jackass" stuntman Jasper Dolphin, who was at the restaurant on the night of the incident.
While some reports claim that Foxx only left to talk things out, another source connected to the Jackass crew claimed that he had backup with him when he left to deal with the situation, and things quickly got physical and tense between the parties involved.

Jamie Foxx seemingly reacted to the glass incident
Foxx didn't let the glass-throwing incident faze him. Shortly after it happened, he took to Instagram to seemingly give an update on the situation.
"The devil is a lie," he wrote. "I can't win here…thanks to everyone who prayed and watched over me…when your light shines bright…they try to bring you darkness…but they don't know you were made for it…the lights were shining brightly…"

He was seen with some family members at a Billie Eilish concert
The "Day Shift" actor appears to be moving on from the incident after making a successful return to the stage following a terrible health scare he suffered last year.
According to Daily MailFoxx was spotted earlier this week joining some family members at Billie Eilish's concert at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.
He wore a long-sleeved leather shirt with an embroidered teddy bear on one pocket and the letter "M" on the other as a jacket over a black and white striped T-shirt.
Foxx also wore black leather jeans and black chunky boots, completing the look with a pair of dark sunglasses.
Jamie Foxx had a stroke last year
Foxx finally opened up about his mysterious health scare in his Netflix comedy, "What Happened Is..." The comedian revealed that he suffered a "brain bleed that led to a stroke" and was unconscious for 20 days.
"I was fighting for my life," he explained. "On April 11th, I had a bad headache, and I asked my boy for an aspirin... before I could get an aspirin... I went out. I don't remember 20 days."
The Oscar winner said that he was on the verge of death and that he was in a coma for several weeks.
After seeking medical attention, he met a doctor at a hospital in Piedmont who told him "he had a brain hemorrhage that led to a stroke."
"If I don't get into his head now, we're going to lose him," the doctor said then.

After the surgery, Foxx said the doctor told his sister Deidra Dixon, "You were right. Your prayers have been answered. We haven't found where it's coming from, but he's having a stroke. He might make a full recovery, but it's going to be the worst year in his life."
