Mary Brown is back on the dating scene after a failed attempt earlier this year. "Sister Wives" star discussed her new approach to finding a romantic partner after her short-lived and "exclusive" romance.

The TV personality revealed her new dating style after her brief romance ended in January due to incompatibility. We dated exclusively for a few months and he just wasn't my person," explained Mary. She remains optimistic about finding Mr. Right, and to that effect Mary stated:
"Right now I'm dating, not exclusively. But you're dating non-exclusively, and then you're like, 'Okay, I can focus on this person. Let's be exclusive. And then, see if it works in something."

On how she expands her dating base, Mary revealed that she searches for most of her matches on dating sites. She also "met a few people through people," which for her is the easiest and most reliable option compared to finding love virtually.
"But when you live in a small town, and then in this day and age, dating sites seem to be the thing," Mary explained. The reality star, who moved from Flagstaff, Utah for a new life after her split from Kody, noted that she uses dating as an opportunity to focus on herself.
"I'm learning about myself. I'm learning about other people," the TLC star noted, adding, "I'm learning to trust myself and be like, 'Hmm, I'm getting a funny vibe. This person is just not for me.'

"Even if it's just not a funny vibe, there's nothing wrong with the person. It's just not for me." Mary concluded.

Mary refocused her energies on building a new motivational brand
As reported The Blastreality star has focused on reaching new levels of growth since her split from Kody in January of last year. Mary revealed that she has focused on building her motivational brand, Worthy Up, which she describes as a "glow from within". The reality star shared:
"I'm building a community of people who only they want to remember their value. I mean that it is super important to remember who we are and what we do and that we are worthy of everything it is what we want or what we want I want to do."
Amidst her exploits, Mary also allows for self-growth and exciting adventures, including finding love. She "may" be open to dating again, but not without setting clear standards for her potential partners.

"He's very confident in supporting me and what I do and matches my energy. He can't be intimidated or bothered by what I do or who I am," she explained.

Mary has previously discussed her journey to self-discovery, crediting her dog with sparking her transformation. I had to take her out a couple of times a day and walk her, so that definitely helped - she revealed.
Her dog's efforts complemented her mental determination to seek more fun, freedom, and ambition. "Things are really good. I'm just doing all the things, just having fun, building businesses and going on adventures, and my dog is a good traveler," she revealed.
The reality star also detailed the inner work that helped her turn her life around after a difficult period. According to her, her turnaround wasn't just "one special moment, it was just kind of a process for me."

Mary added that she had a very dark point in her life and then tried to turn things around by "going to therapy, reading, journaling — all the things you know are supposed to help promote growth."

The revelation comes months after Mary ended her long-term marriage to Kody in January 2023. The couple's romance coincided with the same month that Christine Brown announced her vows to her new husband, David Woolley.

As for why she kept her relationship a secret, the entrepreneur explained that she avoided sharing their progress in the early stages of their romance. However, she happily stated that they had grown so much that she now felt confident telling the world about Amos.
