Halle Bailey and the DDG relationship drama
Meanwhile, Bailey and DDG have not been on the best of terms since splitting in October. The exes clashed after the rapper introduced Halo on Kai Cenata's Twitch Livestream without her consent.
"Hi everyone. Just so you know I'm out of town and I don't approve of my baby being on stream tonight," the "Angel" singer wrote in a since-deleted post on X, according to Daily Mail.
I wasn't told or informed and I'm extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people, the singer continued. "I'm his mother and protector and I'm sad that I wasn't notified especially when I'm out of town."
In a subsequent statement, she opened the fight against the "difficult postpartum period" and criticized DDG for not respecting her "boundaries".
"As a woman going through a difficult postpartum period, there are boundaries I want to respect. No one knows what someone is going through until they break," Bailey wrote.

DDG defended his former partner against the backlash
Shortly after Bailey called out DDG, she drew the ire of fans as they made sure to bash her for criticizing her father.
She then issued a follow-up statement, which has also been deleted, admitting that she may have "overreacted".
"Yesterday I may have overreacted and I shouldn't have brought it up here. I know Halo is always safe with her daddy. I just don't like to let the rest of the world know what my baby is doing," she wrote.
DDG also defended Bailey by speaking out to fans who attacked the singer for voicing their concerns.
"One thing I don't like when people love, I don't like when people hate Halle," he said. "I don't care if people think she's wrong or not, or if I think she's wrong or right."
DDG continued, "Maybe she's going through something psychologically after having a baby that I can't understand as a man."
