Hell comes to Frogtown It has a simple premise that leaves very little room for interpretation while leaving plenty of room for one-liners – and in some cases, vibrant dance routines that leave you in equal parts awe and wonder.
The regional government established in the novel Hell comes to Frogtown Sam captures Hell at the turn of the 21st century after he discovers that he is one of the last remaining humans due to a nuclear meltdown that has destroyed society. Nurse Spangle (Sandahl Bergman), who oversees the government's population rehabilitation effort, forces Sam's hand to sign an explosive contract that shocks or detonates his pelvis.
Although Sam has been fully forgiven for his many crimes before his capture, he refuses to become a doula, whose only goal is to repopulate the Earth by copulating with as many fertile women as possible.
At this point I feel the need to point out the irony that the only reason Sam Seol was caught in the first place was because of the breadcrumbs of the many pregnant women he left as a vagrant along the way. What's more, Sam and Spangle show a quick romantic tension despite their contrasting entrances that provide healthy comic relief.
