"The only thing dumber than agreeing to this roast was when you said, 'Hey honey, you should try jiu-jitsu,'" Glaser said. Now, the comedian admits she hesitated before bringing up Gisele Bündchen during the roast, especially considering Bündchen is expecting a child with Joaquim Valente.

"I mentioned her jokingly, which I asked because she wasn't there, and it's like, 'She's not asking for this.' But then I remembered she's the hottest person in the world and I said, 'She can probably handle it,' she said. People Magazine. “Which is obviously a joke, but at the same time, yeah, I heard that maybe she wasn't happy with some of the jokes. I don't know if it was mine in particular, but I think it was fair.”

In recent years, comedy has been at the center of fierce debates about where the line between humor and offensiveness lies. “I think that comedy is always going to upset someone. And I think I did (Gisele), I would get annoyed too. So I give her that 100%," Glaser admitted. "And if I ever met her, I would definitely apologize for hurting her feelings if she was really upset about it."

Shortly after the comedy special aired, a source said People Magazine that Gisele was "deeply disappointed by her family's disrespect on Sunday night's roast show."

After 13 years together, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen officially filed for divorce on October 28, 2022. The former couple share two children: 13-year-old son Benjamin and 10-year-old daughter Vivian. Brady is also the father of John "Jack" Edwards, his son with ex-partner Bridget Moynahan.

So the hardest part is, like, the bittersweet aspect when you do something that you think is one way, and then all of a sudden you realize that I wouldn't do it again because of the way it actually affected the people that I care about the most in the world. ”
