Despite the backlash, Lindsay Hubbard smile to the bank how she handled the pregnancy announcement.

The Bravo star, who appeared on the podcast, defended her decision to cash in on the pregnancy news and teaming up with the Dream Team to make it happen.

Lindsay Hubbard finally welcomed her bundle of joy a week ago and was delighted to share the news on her Instagram account, along with photos of her journey in and out of the hospital.

On Jason Tartick's "Trading Secrets" podcast, the reality star hit back at critics who slammed her decision to cash in on her pregnancy trip, boasting that it was just a smart business move.

She revealed she teamed up with Clearblue last July to reveal she was expecting a baby with her mystery boyfriend, who was later identified as Dr. Turner Kufe.

"They were like, 'I can't believe she monetized her pregnancy announcement. And it's like, 'Why not? I'm going to announce anyway, why not make money off of it?' she claimed.

"I used Clearblue, I used a digital test — that was the test I used back in April when I found out I was pregnant," Hubbard continued. "So why don't you go to them and say, 'Hey, I used your test, I'm about to announce my pregnancy, do you want to sponsor this?'

According to Page Sixthe reality star described the deal as the biggest of her career, "This is how I make money. I'm not doing PR anymore, I'm not sitting behind a desk."

2024 is on track to be Hubbard's best financial year yet. She revealed on the podcast that she surpassed $100,000 in social media earnings in one year.

That amount is reportedly a big jump from her starting salary of $28,000 while working in PR, which she also earned from the Clearblue partnership.

Never one to miss a good earning opportunity, she was also partnered with Jimmy Johns when she welcomed her baby girl.

"You have no idea how long I've been waiting to eat a good sandwich," she said he signed the uploadreferencing one of her viral lines before directing fans to "Go get you a sandwich to look at the way Baby Cub looks at my tits!"

Hubbard shared the news of her delivery with nearly 700,000 followers. In her 14-slide post, she described the journey of meeting her mini as "beautiful" and explained:

"When it was 'time to go' it was such an intimate, spiritual ceremony with just us - filled with so much hope and excitement for this new chapter."

The social media maven then hinted at his plans to expand his family, rounding off his caption with: "Special thanks to our doctor and nursing team who took amazing care of us during our hospital stay!! Until next time."

Hubbard didn't stop the crowd, as she also worked with JMY Interiors on her nursery. She filmed the ninth season of "Summer House" while expecting her adorable baby, who she defended against "no-fuss" trolls in July.

Hubbard shielded her partner from the wandering eyes of Bravo fans as she navigated the journey of motherhood. The Blast noted that in this sense she made a statement explaining her intentions. in her words:

"It's not about whether we're proud of each other or not."

Hubbard reiterated that her partner is more than proud to be her boyfriend and the father of her child. She added: "We're very much in love and have a beautiful relationship. This is about his work, his privacy and the fact that it's not his job to be public like I am."

The mother-of-one ended up blowing the covers and beaming at her partner in a rare post on her Instagram page. She flaunted the health worker in a series of pictures, although his face was still hidden behind a brown heart-shaped emoticon.

In the post, Hubbard posed with her beau in a gorgeous green sleeveless dress, flaunting her toned figure and arms. She hugged her boyfriend, who matched the formal atmosphere with a sharp suit.

He looked dapper in a black jacket, matching trousers, white shirt and plum tie. Hubbard's beau completed the look with tan shoes. According to her caption, the couple took a cozy picture at their wedding and mini-vacation in Portugal.

"The baby daddy was there to help," she said, noting that the event happened in her first trimester before she announced her pregnancy.
