Moore, who voices Miles Morales Spiderman: Into the Spider-VerseX recently shared an old video of the two of them, with the caption "coming soon."
Fans started speculating and fueled the dating rumors between the two. Harrier, meanwhile, is engaged to creative consultant Sam Zarrow.
Harrier posted a video on Friday, December 20, in which she spoke candidly to the camera about her thoughts on Moore posting the video and any subsequent romance rumors.
"I keep seeing these videos of me being tagged with another actor, and people are guessing what it is," Harrier said. "It's really bothering me because I'm literally engaged and that's important to me."
Harrier continued his message, "I'm in Hollywood, I get it. People do PR stunts, whatever. People like to get attention." He also described his first reaction to seeing Moore's post.
"When he first posted the video, a friend sent it to me and was like, 'Did you know he did that?' And I was like, no,” she explained. “It was taken at a party a year ago when someone asked us to take a picture together and I guess someone was filming it. Not sure why you'd post it now.”
He said he then texted Moore, requesting that he remove the video. He told her that he "didn't like the implication that something was going on between us, if that's what you mean."
In Harrier's post, he talked about the fact that the video was still online.
"It's still there, which is weird," Harrier said. “You're weird! I'm sorry, you're weird and I'm getting bored. So, I wanted to say something because I don't like it. I don't like it."
Moore deleted the post, and X posted an apology videoCalling it a "misunderstanding".
