The actor shared sweet moments with his daughter Mei
On Dec. 16, at the premiere of his show "All In: Comedy About Love" in New York, Mulaney shared a sweet moment from his daughter Mei's three-month milestone.
He explained People as they celebrated with a playful activity: "We had some crumpled paper with black and white on it, which is a really good contrast to the eyes of a 3-month-old, put her hand on it, and then she played with it herself."
The comedian also expressed his love for spending time with his daughter, even finding times to style her for events.
"I got home from the show last night around 11 p.m., and the good thing about a three-month-old baby is that she's awake," he said. "So I held her for a few hours and then this morning we put a bow on her head. She had no choice."
Olivia Munn had a double mastectomy
Mulaney and Munn's marriage comes four months after the "Mortdecai" actress announced she received a "scary" breast cancer diagnosis last year after tests revealed she had luminal B in both breasts.
The actress subsequently had to undergo four surgeries, a double mastectomy and a medically induced menopause.
"I wasn't someone who was obsessed with death or afraid of it in any way," she said People Magazine at that time. "But having a little baby at home made everything that much scarier."
"You realize that cancer doesn't care who you are; it doesn't care if you have a baby or if you don't have time," she said. "It's coming at you and you have no choice but to face it."

John Mulaney supported the actress in her fight against cancer
Munn also praised Mulaney for his support during her battle with cancer, noting that he made it easier to deal with.
"It would be like climbing an iceberg without him," she said People. "I don't think he had a moment to himself, between being an incredibly hands-on father and going to and from the hospital — taking Malcolm to the park, taking a nap, driving to Cedars-Sinai, hanging out with me, going home, putting Malcolm to bed, he came back to me and did it all happily.
Munn added: "It's the best except when you've just come out of surgery, and it hurts to move or even laugh. I've had him leave the room a few times because he'd make me laugh too much."
