Lala Kent says she talked to Ally Lewber
Kent broke her silence on a recent issue that rocked the "VPR" universe during one Amazon Live December 19.
A fan asked the reality TV star if she had spoken to Kennedy since the domestic violence incident on Dec. 20, and she replied, "I haven't."
However, Kent revealed that she had been communicating with Lewber. She said per And! News"I talked to Ally and I checked with her and she got back to me. And that's all I'm really going to share on the subject."

Lala Kent is 'Too caught up' with her life to bother about Lewber and Kennedy's relationship drama
Although Kent spoke with Lewber, she explained that she thought little of the latter and the drama of the Kennedy relationship.
Kent, who is mom to daughters Ocean, 3, and Sosa, 3 months, said, "You know what's wild about getting older—as you get older, you have to take care of your life. So when something happens in someone's relationship, the first thing you want to do is to be sure like, 'Hey, how are you there if you need me?'
The 34-year-old added that apart from being there for others when needed, she "really doesn't sit around and think about other people's relationships". Kent went on to say that she doesn't think much about being in a relationship with another person because she's "too caught up in what's going on in my household."

Lala Kent's costar James Kennedy gives statement after arrest
Kent's claims came days after Kennedy released a statement on Instagram following his arrest and subsequent release after being charged on suspicion of domestic violence.
DJ expressed his commitment "making significant changes" in his life. He said, "I'm taking time to focus on my sobriety, personal growth and being there for my loved ones."
Kennedy agreed that navigating the difficult times has been difficult, but expressed his determination to "learn, grow and move forward with an incredible support system" around him.

Ally Lewber's statement after the domestic violence incident
In addition to Kent, many fans were concerned about Lewber after the domestic violence news made headlines. She took to her Instagram Stories page to thank her fans for their support.
Lewber wrote: "Thanks to everyone who reached out with love and support and checked in on me." She found that she was fine and took the time to go through the experience. The 28-year-old concluded: "I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time."
Two days after her fast, Page Six they obtained pictures showing Kennedy helping Lewber as she moved out of their shared home. In the footage, the 32-year-old showed no visible emotion as he carried his girlfriend's belongings into her car.

Lewber and Kennedy have shown no signs of separation, although reports from TMJ indicate that she is staying with her family in an Airbnb apartment after moving out of his house.
James Kennedy arrested
On Dec. 10, the Burbank Police Department received a call around 11:30 p.m. reporting an alleged altercation between Kennedy's "VPR" co-star Kennedy and a woman at the home he shared with Lewber. The call also indicated that the fight between the feuding couple turned physical.
Officers responded quickly but found no visible signs of injury on the woman when they arrived. Kennedy was taken into custody with an arrest log detailing his altercation with an unnamed woman, claiming her boyfriend picked her up and threw her to the ground. At the time of the arrest, there was no confirmation that the woman involved in the altercation with Kennedy was Lewber.

Authorities jailed Kennedy on Dec. 11 after he was charged with domestic violence against a spouse or common-law partner. He was released after posting $20,000 bail. The reality TV star's legal team soon released a statement saying they were investigating the allegations against their client. They also expressed hope that city prosecutors would not decide to file formal charges against Kennedy.
