Premiere on Fox: New National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) top staff will help incoming president Chairman Tim Scott, R-S.C.He unveiled plans Thursday to seek to expand the Republican majority in 2026, including veterans of President-elect Donald Trump, Scott himself and former Vice President Mike Pence.

Jennifer DeCasper, Scott's longtime chief of staff and senior adviser, will serve as the next NRSC executive director. Stephen DeMaura will join her as deputy executive director. Trump alum Kara Mason will serve as finance director. Nathan Brand will join the NRSC team as Scott's senior advisor. The council's next political director will be Brendan Jaspers, who previously served as campaign director for Club for Growth.
The next communications director for the NRSC will be Joanna Rodriguez, who currently oversees communications for Sen. Pete Ricketts, R-Neb. Ricketts will also serve as NRSC Vice Chairman in the 2026 cycle.
Additionally, veteran Senate staffer Brennen Britton will serve as the NRSC's director of external affairs, and the committee's senior financial adviser will be Brittney Godoy, who has led Scott's fundraising efforts in the past.
