Diddy's Legal Troubles
Federal prosecutors accused Diddy of organizing "scams," described in the indictment as highly orchestrated sexual performances. He is also accused of coercing or forcing women to participate in sexual acts with male sex workers. However, he has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and his lawyers have repeatedly maintained that he is innocent.
Since his arrest and detention, Diddy has been denied bail three times. The judges did not want to release him before the trial because they were afraid that he could tamper with witnesses, which means that he cannot be trusted if he is released.
