Alison's Story:
"I've always struggled with my self-esteem. When I took my before pictures, I was in tears looking at them. I was at my heaviest (including when I was pregnant). I didn't recognize my body and myself. Knew it was serious and Box down time.
I knew I couldn't make any excuses, I needed to make a change for myself and for my future health. So I followed Move the app workout, completing each. I joined an accountability group SSD Shining Stars & LSF mamas. Committed to compliance 7-Day Slim Down and HBMPAnd followed a 40 day sugar fast with my sister.
I started the journey hoping and praying that I could stick with it and not give up. The many encouraging women in the LSF community kept me going! Meal plans help take away the planning and guesswork. And I think that was the key to my success.
Not only did I get stronger physically, I grew in confidence! I have been struggling with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness and hormonal issues since 2020. Since changing my diet and getting my body moving, I have never felt better! My migraines are non-existent, my anxiety is much better, I have a ridiculous amount of energy (wake up at 5:30), and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF has been the key to bringing itself back."

Natalie's story:
"I had gained 35+ pounds in my late thirties and hated every little thing about my body. I found it very challenging to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or direction to change. I was tired. Felt exhausted. Exhausted. , I had nothing to wear when I didn't leave the house, I decided to join the Spring Slim Down Challenge when I felt bad every day.
In just 6 weeks I've gained a confidence I never knew I had, I've found a new joy in getting up early in the morning, I've gained an appreciation for my body and what it can do, I've gained a new relationship. I learned how to eat and nourish my body, I gained a community of so much support, love and encouragement, I lost 9 pounds and my clothes fit so much better!
This is just the beginning for me! I am still committed to being my best self and I have Katie and the LSF team/community to thank. I am very grateful and proud to be where I am today. I feel strong, motivated, and excited for more to come! Good things come to those who sweat!”

"I started this challenge as a reset for the new year to hold myself accountable to commit to working with it. Move the app Each day and following closely HBMP. I also wanted a support system for this challenge so I started #teamlsfslay and these ladies have been incredible in motivating me and sharing their support throughout the challenge. I don't think I could have been so consistent without them! This challenge made me work out regularly and eat right."

“I've lost 17 pounds since the beginning Feel Good 14 Challenge(11 of which I've lost since the start of the SSD).
I stuck to the meal plan for over a month and now my husband and I are treating ourselves better nutritionally.
While it all felt incredible, this challenge was less about hitting weight loss goals and more about cheering on the LSF girlies who have cheered me on at every challenge in the past.
My why is encouraging others when they don't believe in themselves or receive encouragement from the people in their lives and maybe their dreams are falling down."

"I decided to change/tweak my workout hours and sleep cycle if I wanted to. I started coming home for lunch to make my healthy meals at home and pack my workout clothes to change into after work with me. Going to the gym instead of home first. Already helps me with my workouts, which helps me sleep more Body difference and I can see my body is getting sculpted, chiseled, slimmer!”

"I fully committed to SSD and worked on my physical health but most importantly my mental health and in turn it helped my physical health even more. This challenge was my first time using meal plans and I loved them. It's great to have A quick, simple, and effective plan is laid before me (eg Move the app for my practice) so that I wasn't always thinking about what to make for dinner! I also discovered some new favorite foods (salmon and Greek yogurt) that before HBMP I didn't know I liked it so much.
There are always going to be challenges, but I take it one day at a time and will continue to do so. I am so thankful for the #teamlsf girls who encourage and support me. I love about these challenges—we do it together!
The biggest victory from SSD I would say is that I finally got into a rhythm of exercise and protein in the morning. I was trying to get this to work for a long time and it actually stuck this time! Yes! I showed up everyday and made small changes that added up and I'm proud of my hard work and results."

"I've been on a lot of your challenges and I think this is the one that changed me the most. I did the Hot Body meal plan this time, and I feel like I was able to change my idea of healthy eating. It set some real healthy habits for me. Do it, I've been able to lose 6.5 to 8 pounds, and since I've used this app, I've lost 23 pounds!”
