Outdoor workouts to try during the summer

Summer is the perfect time to take your workout outside and get some vitamin D, girlfriend!

Best outdoor workouts to do in summer:

1. Morning yoga

Start your day off with a relaxing yoga session in the park or in your backyard. Find a quiet spot, roll out your mat, and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.

2. Beach walk

A walk on the beach is a great way to distract your mind from whatever is going on in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to go to the beach either alone (with some headphones and your Favorite playlist or podcast) or take a walk with a girlfriend and catch up on life!

3. HIIT workout

Take your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout to the beach for an extra challenge. The soft sand will work your muscles hard, and the sea breeze will keep you cool. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
