what really Does it happen in a cycling class?
If you want to walk into class like a pro that first day, we've got you covered. Here's what you can expect in a typical cycling class:
- warm up – To slowly increase the heart rate and loosen the muscles, you will start with a short warm-up.
- Intervals – Next, you will put the pedal to the metal for about 40 minutes in some cycling intervals. This can include high-intensity sprints or uphill climbs. Your instructor may also include sitting and standing positions to engage different muscle groups.

Can a beginner do a cycle class?
