Allen is Vegas' MVP front-runner, completing 23 of 34 passes for 362 yards and two passing touchdowns. But Buffalo's first two scores of the game came on the ground with Allen, who had 11 carries for 68 yards.

Buffalo got off to a 14-0 start at a tough Ford Field, with Allen scoring two straight touchdowns from one and four yards out.

That's what the Bills did all game: hold on to the lead despite how many times the Lions scored.

They scored six times, with Goff completing 38 of 59 passes for 494 yards and five touchdowns.
His trusted target, Amon-Ra St. Brown, had 14 catches for 193 yards, including 66 catch-and-run scores, Jahmyr Gibbs ) completes a ground catch and an alley catch.
Goff even threw a nine-yard touchdown pass to offensive lineman Dan Skipper, and offensive coordinator Ben Johnson did his best to get back into the game.
But Allen and the Bills would return the favor, with Ray Davis and Khalil Shakir responsible for Allen's passing touchdowns on the day.
Cook's backup, Ty Johnson, is also Buffalo's leading receiver with five catches for 114 yards.

For the Lions, Sam LaPorta had seven catches for 111 yards and Gibbs had 83 yards.
