Set 2 featured KL Rahul, Liam Livingstone, and Yuzvendra Chahal, adding more excitement to the marquee section.
Teams of players:
Players were grouped according to roles: batsmen, all-rounders, bowlers, wicketkeepers and spinners. This has ensured a variety of options for franchises to fill specific gaps in their team.
Prominent players like Harry Brook, Devon Conway, and Ravichandran Ashwin have received huge fees.
Policy Changes:
The introduction of competitive prices for foreign players increased the value of Indian players, especially non-sports players. The likes of Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad were very aggressive, due to their huge budgets available.
