I am a REP (Registration of Exercise Professionals) certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

All of my content is designed to help you improve your fitness, whether you want to get stronger, gain muscle, lose weight, burn body fat, or just become a healthier, more physically fit person.
my story
I started using a set of dumbbells and a Bullworker X5 when I was a teenager.
As you can probably guess, most of my early training was for "chest and back" lol we all did it!
However, my interest and passion for exercise and improving body composition was born.
I have been going to the gym regularly since June 2000.
That being said, my original career was in finance, but my love for sports has always stayed with me.
Because of this, I pursued (and passed) my personal training qualification even though I was still working in finance.
I now coach clients offline and have been writing online and creating websites in the finance and fitness fields since 2008.

I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer specializing in strength and conditioning training.
Additionally, I am Level 1 certified in Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Weight Management.
