Bruno Surace (26-0-2, 5 KOs) was in trouble, knocking out top seed Jaime Munguia (44-2, 35 KOs) in the sixth round of a ten round fight on Saturday night at the night Estadio Caliente in Tijuana, Mexico.
Surace is outworked by former WBO middleweight champion Munguia in five rounds. However, in the sixth round, Surace connected with a perfect right hand that put Munguia on the clock. Munguia came back badly hurt, but looked out and forced the referee to stop the fight.
Munguia started to have problems after the third round, caught by strong shots from Surance, who was not a fighter, but he threw hard.

– Undefeated super bantamweight champion Alan's Picasso (31-0-1, 16 KOs) over his replacement opponent Yehison Cuello (13-3-1, 11 KOs) in the third round of a ten-round fight. Picasso, 24, landed a beautiful left to the body in the third round that put the Colombian Cuello on the clock. The referee counts him out.
