  1. Use a large skate. You need a lot of potatoes to touch the bottom of the skillet so they can be crisp and golden. If you crowd the skillet, the potatoes will steam instead of crisp.
  2. Determine your potatoes in small, equal size pieces. This will help them to cook at the same rate, so that you have some confused pieces and others that are not completely cooked!
  3. Cross the potatoes, but don't boil them! Para-squeez is my favorite trick to soften the potatoes in the skillet because it speeds up the cooking process and guarantees that they cook evenly. Be sure to boil them longer, or you will end the mash potatoes instead of a crisp hash!
  4. Add to some additional. Corded beef hash itself is delicious, but free to be creative with some add-in! Bell pepper (potatoes are then crisp on one side), a spice or a sprinkle of spices like red pepper or a sprinkle of cheese can go to the next level.

Storage and rehatiting

Any rest of the people should be cold and stored in airtight containers in the fridge for 3-4 days. Heat the hash in the skillet on the stove in the microwave with the splash of the oil or until heated. You can freeze this dish for 2- Months for months, but once the potatoes are melted, the potatoes can be granulated and confused, so keep in mind. Melt overnight in the fridge before re -before on the stovepop or in the microwave.

Instructions for serving

I usually serve my old fashion corded beef hash Fried eggs Toast the flower eggs and some crisp, toast the butter in the yolk. This is the perfect heartfelt breakfast or a brunch for my family!
