In a large bowl, add breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Italian sausage and ground beef. Use your hands to combine the ingredients until evenly combined. Avoid mixing meat.

Let the meatball mixture rest for five minutes to allow breadcrumbs to soften. Divide the meat into about 32 balls and shape, approximately 2 tbsp in each volume.
The oven cooking instructions

Heat the oven on 400f. Line the baking sheet with parchment. Put one inch from each other on a meatball baking sheet.
-
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until light brown.

Rotate them every two minutes until all sides are brown and cook. Repeat with another batch.
-
Once cooked, transfer them to a bowl of red sauce and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
Freezing instructions
-
You can either cook this recipe either cooked or cooked. I prefer to freeze them already so that they can go directly from the freezer to a red sauce and then boil until heated. Cooked meatballs should be completely cooled before putting in the gallon-shaped freezer bag and transferred to the freezer.
-
For cooked frozen, place the raw meatball on a baking sheet with parchment-barking sheet and freeze on a baking sheet until solid (1-2 hours) transferred to a gallon-shaped freezer bag for high storage. Fully melt before cooking.

**If you need to replace eggs for dietary reasonsYou can experiment Using a flakes egg (mixed with 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 3 tbsp water).
*** I only use an extra spice in this recipe as an Italian sausage Already added herbs and spices?? I mix this ground beef, which adds more taste and moisture. You Can do Use different types of ground meat, but you need to increase the seasoning accordingly, as the texture and taste may vary.
- A note of replacing the Italian sausage: This recipe uses Italian sausage, which already contains a ton of herbs and spices in the meat. For that reason, it only needs to add a small amount of extra spices. So, if you turn the Italian sausage with a different type of ground meat, be sure to increase the seasoning accordingly.
- Mix-in Imagination: If you want to take this recipe on a hack and make it a little fancy, You can Try to add Fresh onion onion, garlic, crispy bacon, sun-soaked tomatoes or fresh herbs (basil, parsley, oregano). You can try to replace milk for a broth or different fluids like Even some of your Red sauce. And I always have a fan to wear red pepper in a pinch Just about Anything!

How to make a homemade meatball – step -step

Collect all your ingredients.

Light two large eggs in a small bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine cup breadcrumbs, 1 cup grated permanson, ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp of italian spices, ¼ tsp salt and 3 tsp pepper. Pre-mixing these ingredients help to incorporate meat more evenly without meat overnix.

Roasted eggs, breadcrumb mixture, 1 cup of milk, 1 lb. Italian sausage and 1 lb. Insert the ground beef into a bowl. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together.

Let the meatball mixture sit for five minutes to absorb some humidity to the breadcrumbs.

Divide the meatball mixture into about 3 3 balls and shape, each 2 tbsp. My hands are small, so it can look really bigger than them. I used 2 tbsp measuring cups for the meat area.

To bake, heat the oven on 40fF. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Place meatballs on a baking sheet with about one inch each.

Bake them for about 15 minutes or until light brown. Then, transfer the red sauce to a pot and simmer for 5 minutes. If the red sauce is not used, bake for 3-5 minutes for longer or without cooking.

To cook them in skillet, heat a teaspoon of cooking oil in medium large skillet. Once heated, rotate the skillet to coat the oil, then add the meatball. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or cook until brown on all sides and cook.

You should cook them in the oven or at the top of the stove, with a little boiling in a red sauce, adding an extra dose of taste and helping them to keep them nice and soft.

Once they are cooked, first cool them in the refrigerator, then place them in the freezer bag and transfer them to the freezer for more storage (about 3 months). Once frozen, they can be released from the freezer in a straight red sauce pot and boiled until heated.
