When I tell people how much I love my mixerI often meet moans. While some people do not feel like pulling out the device primarily, the biggest complaint I hear is that the mixtures are too annoying for cleaning. You have to get the pages, the drain and into the depths in the corners and rodents around the blade without cutting yourself and then taking care of the tamper and lid. You can drain the blender and the other parts into the dishwasher, but it does not always remove the fried residues and when using the dry settings of the dishwasher, it risk that you melt the circle even more closely to the blender. Fortunately, there is a simple, crazy way to carefully clean the blender – and this includes zero friction.
Like many home chefs, I usually rub the blender. When I cooked it professionally, one of my colleagues showed me a simple method of cleaning the blender: simply fill with water and a couple of pot soaps, cover the blender with the lid and tampa, and then turn it at medium and high speed. It's like a soap smoothie: the blades shake the soapy water, efficiently cleaning the sides of the blender and each blade. Once done, simply rinse the blender with clean water and then let it dry – no scrubbing is required.
Remember that this works best after using the blender; If the residues of the smoothie, dough or soup will be sitting for too long, it will inevitably dry out, so cleaning is more challenging for the blender. Yes, it's a simple tip, but if you still clean the blender in the old -fashioned way, you will save time and disappointment. This trick makes it so easy to clean the blender that I don't think about making it twice peanut butter – Banana smoothie A busy morning or gazpacho A weekday for dinner.
