Although my thermostat disagrees, it feels like a summer – I mean there is a relaxed “school in the summer” mood in the air. I would like to spend more time with meals and cooling, as well as cooking and cleaning less time, so the following recipes for the single-summer meal are great if they have rotation.
Many come together in 30 minutes and take full advantage of summer products and herbs, including juicy, sweet peaches, tomatoes and corn. We have a plate cell chicken dinner, crispy gnocchi sausages and vegetables, a quick shrimp with age -making, and a faster and lighter summer meal. All of this, and there is only one pan that needs to be washed when you're done.
