Simple recipe for Bruchta Rigatoni Allah Vodka
I love a good pasta and vodka sauce recipe, so early with I saw this HungaryM Know I had to go to it (and of course give a budget byte twist). To make things easier, I cook the pasta in a sauce with a little added water and converted it to a pot. I leaned on a shelf-stable, paint-friendly ingredient like Garbanzo beans in my Hungary Root box, which helped to stretch this dish while keeping the cost.
But what do I like most about me Hungaryut membership How is it Actually Nourishing meals make it very easy to cook without stress. They send full-sized groceries (more snacks and breakfast options), and the more I add to my order, the more I do (how many grocery stores can say the same?) I am ordering these ingredients again in my next Hungaryut box… this pasta is not very good! 😉

- Add more water if necessary. One-ray pasta is one of my favorite midwive meals that are both delicious and easy to clean. I learned from making one-ray recipes like this, to know this when your pasture needs a little extra love! If it is a little firm after boiling first, add only 2 cups more water and continue until tender.
- Bake the ground chicken while cooking. When I am in brown, I use a wooden spoon or spatula to cut the chicken into small pieces. Doing so helps to cook it evenly and gives you a nice, crispy texture.
- Keep the chicken warm. After cooking the chicken and removed from the pan, you can gently cover it with foil so that it remains warm when you make everything.
- Stir the pasta from time to time. Make sure to boil the pasta with a lid to keep the moisture and heat in the pan. I like to stir in every few minutes, and nothing sticks to the bottom. This is especially important in a hearty dish like this brushta vodka pasta, where the sauce is thick when cooking.
Instructions for serving
If you ordered some pieces of sharp chain cheese in your Hungaryut box, sprinkle some on each bowl for an extra tasty finish. I like to serve with this piece Garlic bread To sink, but you can also add a piece of fresh Bruceta On the side, if you are fading more than that tomato-basil taste!
Storage and rehatiting
Let your Rigatoni Allah Vodka be completely cool before storing. This will keep the airtight container in the fridge 3-4 days. To re -heat, just pop in the microwave or gently heat it on the stove with a splash of water to loose the sauce. Sitting pasta will soak some sauce and make it a little soft between storage, but it will still taste amazing. I usually do not recommend freezing pasta dish like this because noodles can be confused if melted (but you Can do Try if you don't mind the vessel change!)
