What is CaUBoy Caviar?

Kauboy Caviar, which is sometimes called Texas Caviar or Mexican Caviar, is crossing between bean salad and fresh salsa. Dressing*

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil ($ 0.22)
  • 1 Fresh lime (2 tbsp juice) ($ 0.25)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Balasamic vinegar ($ 0.10)

  • 1/4 Bunch Cilantro ($ 0.20)

  • In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp juice of olive oil, lime, balsamic vinegar, pepper powder, cumin, salt and sugar.

  • Rinse and remove both cans of beans in the sieve. Once well drained, transfer them to a large bowl.

  • Finely chop the bell pepper, tomatoes, jalapano and red onion. Try to cut into pieces of shaped like beans. For a low spicy salad, take the seeds out of the jalapeno before dyeing. Generally cut the cilantro.
