If you like smudy like me, you would like this strawberry mango smudi! It is made of frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, and I intentionally included no bananas in it. A little honey and vanilla added a large amount of sweetness and extra taste. This delicious treatment is perfect for breakfast, lunch or late night! 😉

I want this mango strawberry smudi every time the weather is warm… it is like a little explosion of a glass of sunlight. It is creamy from Greek yogurt, with no -filled almond milk to keep things light, but you can use any milk you like. Strawberries are filled with vitamin C and antioxidants, and mango vitamin A provides a little bit of sweet. I know that everyone does not like bananas in their smiling, so I completely free it!

Buying frozen fruit helps reduce prices, but during the season I would love to take advantage of any deals that appear for fresh fruit.
