Easy Ground Turky Zucchini Skill Recipe
It is just a pan, some ground turkey, fresh zucchini and a quick homemade sauce, and I can keep a delicious, veggie-pack meal on the table in time. The sweet and tasty mixture of soy sauce, garlic, ginger and brown sugar adds a lot of taste and takes longer to taste this dish. Seriously, this ground Turkey and Zucchi skillet are one of those simple meals I keep coming back, especially when the fridge looks a bit open! 2
- If the ground turkey is not something that usually enters your shopping list, instead of free to swap in a ground chicken or ground beef. Buy for the best deal and go for what makes your budget meaning!
- You can also use a different vegetable completely in place of Zucchini. If you have an additional head of a broccoli in your fridge or maybe some green beans are left out of a different recipe, use them instead. Bell pepper will also be nice (green bell pepper is often cheaper than red, orange or yellow). Even a bag of frozen vegetables will work! Just cook any additional moisture so that your skillet does not get water and you are good to go.

- 1 Tbsp Cooking oil ($ 0.04)
- 1 Lb Ground Turkey ($ 49.49)

Start by making a sauce. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame seeds, grated garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, water and pepper garlic sauce in a bowl. Mix together to combine and set aside the sauce.

Onion dice. Cut the zucchini into a fai, then cut it in the fourth quarter.

Heat a large skate on medium heat and add oil. Once the skillet is heated, add the cooking onion and chopped zoo. Sot for about 4-5 minutes until the onion is translucent and lightly brown. Remove the vegetarian on a separate plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, insert the ground turkey. Crush and cook until brown.

Now add the sailed veg back to the skilet with a brown turkey. Stir the sauce and then add the sauce to the mixture of the veg and ground turkey.

Stir everything and simmer the sauce for 2 minutes and soak the turkey and zucchini mixture.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Serve hot with chopped green onions, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds and cooked rice (all optional). Enjoy!

Ground Turkey Zucchi how to make skillet step-by-step photos


Collect all your ingredients.


Make a sauce: In one bowl, cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 grated garlic clove, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp cornestarch, 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp garlic sauce in a bowl. Set aside the sauce for now.


Preparation of the veg: Fasten 1 small onion and slices 1 in large zucchini fences. Cut in half of each round in half, then again horizontally.


Sot Veg: Place a large skate on medium heat and add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Once the skillet and oil are heated, add the dysfun on the onion and the quarterly zucchini.


Sot for about 4-5 minutes until the onions are translucent and slightly brown in such a place. Transfer the veg to the plate and set aside.


Ground turkey brown: 1 lb. Insert the ground turkey into the same skate. Cook until the ground turkey collapses.


Insert vegetables and sauce: Add the sown onion and zucchini to the skillet with a brown ground turkey.


Give your prepared sauce a little mix for the ricombin, then add it to the ground turkey and the veg. Mix everything together to evenly distribute the sauce. Boil another 2 minutes to thicken the sauce.


Service: Take the skillet from the heat and serve on any topping and sides of your choice! I usually have chopped green onions, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds and cooked rice… Yam!


Instructions for serving
I went for some chopped green onions, cooked rice, a sprinkle of red pepper and sesame seeds to make this skillet dinner more. Our Coconut rice. Simple rice will have a great option and will add a little extra taste without giving much strength to the sauce. A Simple sesame seeds If you are taking out a meal with something fresh and crisp, it would be nice. And for some added protein, I think so Soft-boiled eggs Will be on top If Good!
Storage and rehatiting
This one-Pan Ground Turkey Zucchini Skilllet is perfect for dining! I like to store any of the remaining items in a personal airy container and keep them in the fridge for 3-4 days. To re -heat, you can either pop into the microwave or add a little oil to the stove and heat it until everything is hot and again until sizing. You can also try to freeze this recipe for 3 months (just note that the veg will become more soft after melting). Let it melt in the fridge overnight before rehate.
