Changes to try!
- Add the fruit puree for the fruit of the fruit. Stir in 1 to 1½ cups of fresh or melted fruit puree for extra fruit taste. Strawberries, raspberries, peaches and watermelons all work beautiful, though I myself have a half for strawberry lemon water! Add a puree before water so you can adjust the water ratio if necessary. If you do not want to taste the entire batch, you can also rotate the puree directly in personal glasses.
- Add fresh fruit. For a more subtle taste and a beautiful presentation, a handful of fresh berries or chopped fruits are thrown into the pitcher.
- Use a herb-infected syrup. Pour your simple syrup with fresh herbs such as mint, basil or rosemary when it cools for a light herbal note. Or just throw a few hens directly into the pitcher before serving!
- Make this arnold palm. Mix this lemon water with isted tea for Super-Sural Arnold Palmer!
Storage instructions
You can store your fresh homemade lemon water in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. However, when the lemon taste is in its best glow, I have a good taste in the first three days. Add ice before serving to prevent your delicious lemon water from watering!
In the refrigerator, the simple syrup can be created separately for up to four weeks and separately (the lemon is removed).
