Why is it working
- The well-balanced ratio of simple syrup and lime juice and gin and Seltzer and Seltzer will create a particularly refreshing summer cooler.
- Hendrick Gin's botany strengthens the taste of cucumber.
There is something about the undervalued taste of the cucumber that is immediately reassuring. There is only enough oomph to awaken his senses. This cool, refreshing aroma is incredibly coupled with the Lime, which makes it a bit. Add gin, especially one, such as Hendrick's (which is on the floral, plant side) and a sparkling Seltzer water, and you are one step closer to complete happiness. Balancing the soothing, cool flavors, which is quite acidity, this drink after a long, hot day is the perfect reward.
