Why is it working
- The crush of chicken increases the surface of the sauce. The results are crunchy and gentle bits, each with taste.
- The crush also dissolves the chicken strands, further applying.
How long have I seen Steve Martinin and Bernadette Peters Share the dirty pizza in The jerkI was convinced that most food would be better if they first destroy them. This conviction perfectly triggered me for the fried chicken made by Sambal I saw first Instagram roll-My usual answer to the food content of the social media at a rare moment of knee skepticism at the moment of immediate acquisition.
The Instagram spindle came from an Australian restaurant that made its own creative centrifugation on Ayam Geprek, a fashionable Indonesian street dishes, crispy fried chicken that was sprayed with Sambal. The “polled with sambal” is more -less summarizes the whole concept -and all the non -disturbed potential you promise: you buy bone fried chicken and then you Crush it with sauce. That's it. The sauce can of course be sambal, but it can also be chilior you can dream anything else. It's hard to think about how spice it wouldn't be good.
One thing I really like in this dish is that, though yes, you can make it from scratch with homemade roast chicken slices and sambal, this perfect update is your favorite fast food for fried chickens. Just buy fried chicken, take home and crush it in a bowl or mortar and with a dormant content, any spice in the refrigerator or in the chamber. Crucify on fresh rice, maybe throw a few leaf things on your side to your daily dose of vegetable fiber, and make foods that are as delicious as fast. Non-finom more than fast because it is so delicious as delicious as the crush needed for three minutes.
How delicious, do you ask? The chicken, as it shattered, crispy and gentle, every bite bathed So much taste. The sauce coats all crispy dough and presses into the meat, how the sauce jackets the spaghetti fibers when they make a dough properly … Unless it is chicken, not dough and not like dough. In other words, this is the final late-night munchies switch, snack attacking food. I call anyone to name one better.
Anyway, I place the recipe below, which is so ridiculous because you don't need a recipe. The crush of chicken with sauce is not well developed at a cooked technical level. But on a conceptual level, this is a pure genius.
May this be the summer of sambal-baked chicken
