  1. Cooking times stuck. I have listed the cooking time separately for each ingredient so that you can stuck them and cook everything properly. For example, potatoes take more time than hem steaks, so they go first. If you look faster than a few expected, you can remove it from the sheet pan and set it aside until everything is ready.
  2. Finely chop the potatoes. Be sure to finely chop the potatoes, they will speed up their cooking time and make sure they are completely cooked when everything is ready. I like to cut my potatoes in thick slices of inch and I recommend you to do the same.
  3. The hem is already cooked, so you just need to heat it. The pieces around the edges will be nice caramelted and pineapple will help keep them moist!
  4. Switch out the marinade. I recommend you to go to my pumpkin spice marinade (pumpkin spice is a mixture of ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and auspis, which is perfectly going with ham!). But you can try the glaze from us Glazed Ham Steaks recipe Something different.
  5. Try a different veggie. You can try to exchange Brussels sprouts for green beans, asparagus or portobelo mushrooms (as I use in me One-Pan Mushroom Dinner Recipes). Just keep in mind that gentle vegetarians like green beans or asparagus may have less time of cooking time. However, do not completely ignore the sprouts if you do not have a fan! My Bearded brussels sprouts salad For the first time, this crucifers can be a dish that helps to fall in love with vegetable!
