Simple recipe for hard boiled eggs
There are there If Many ways of making hard-boiled eggs, from use Airfire Put the pot to boil the pot all the time. But I always use this method of hot water bath. It is simple, reliable and gives me perfectly cooked eggs. Once the water is boiled, the trick closes the heat and the eggs allow the lid in the hot water to sit in hot water. No overacked egg yolk, no green rings… just the best results in consistently!
So, let's go to the slander-picture of what everyone wants to know…
I personally liked this method the best because it does not require a lot of attention and it is forgiven if you cannot ignore the eggs when your timer is closed. Here are the basic steps for hard-boring eggs:
- Pour cold eggs into a pot and cover with water: Place a cool, large egg in a saucepot straight from the refrigerator. Add enough water to cover the eggs.
- Bring to a boil: Place a lid on the pot and bring water to boil over high heat.
- Turn off the heat: When the water boils the full rolling, turn off the heat and leave the pot on the burner (the lid is still running). Let the eggs sit in hot water for about 12 minutes. As soon as it seats, the water will cool down slowly, which helps you to give you a little flexibility before the eggs overcurking (green-tinged egg yolk = cooked eggs).
- Cool the eggs: After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs into ice water to a bowl for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy it!

How long is the hard-egging eggs
Easy Answer: Boil large eggs using a hot water bath method for about 12 minutes to make rigid-boiled eggs.
Long Answer: The amount of time required to boil eggs can change depending on several factors, including:
- Egg
- Used the type of cookware and stovetop
- The initial temperature of the egg
- Used in a boiling manner (cold start, hot start, steaming)
- Your height
You can start with my time guide below, but you may need to experiment with your equipment, eggs and your height to find the exact time you need to create rigid-boiled eggs.

The image above shows the results after boiling eggs for 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 minutes.
- 6 minutes: Great jamie egg yolk
- 8 minutes: Egg yolk is half set, half jami
- 10 minutes: Set a little wetly in the center of the egg yolk
- 12 minutes: Completely solid egg yolk
- 14 minutes: Solid egg yolk, not yet much cooked to the point of green egg yolk
I like to steam my eggs as I saw in my tutorial for 6 minutes Soft-boiled eggs?? This method is super speed because it only uses one inch water, which makes you boil very quickly. To create rigid boiled eggs using the steaming method, let them steam for about 10-12 minutes. I also found that steam eggs easily peel. See Steaming tutorial here??

How long are they better?
When its shell is refrigerated, a rigid boiled egg will be good for about a week. Eat peeled eggs in two days.
There is nothing frustrating than the hard boiled eggs that are difficult to peel, so here are some tricks that can help them to easily peel:
- The old eggs are easier than fresh eggs.
- Instead of boiling in boiling water, instead of boiling (this is done in my steaming method listed above).
- Tap the eggs on a solid surface, then roll gently to crack the shell All Side when it comes to before crushing a portion of the shell.
- Peeling the eggs under the running water (the flow of water helps separate from the white).
- After removing a part of the shell, slip them with a spoon between the shell and the egg white to separate them.
- Put the eggs in a covered container and gently stir to crack the shell until it goes down.
- Add baking soda to the water (about ½ tsp per cap.

Instructions for serving
I just like to add hard-baked eggs to everything, but if you need some inspiration for how to use eggs, here are some of my favorite ideas:
Have you ever been peeled in a hard boiled egg to find out that the egg yolk is green? No, that does not mean that the eggs are roasted! In the white white color of the egg and the chemical reactions between the egg yolk iron, the egg yolk becomes green.
To prevent the green egg yolk, I recommend boiling the eggs more than needed and to prevent the cooking cooking, directly to the ice bath after cooking.
