Jhupa Tosana Recipe – Budget Byte

Jhupa Tosana is probably the richest, the most hearty soup, and of course one of my choices. This creamy soup has been modeled with tender potatoes and tasty Italian sausages after the famous Zuppa Toskana at the Olive Garden Restaurant, but I threw it in my own personal twist. I have added an additional budget-friendly element and it just lightened a touch so that I can slip a monster bowl without much filling.

“I like this recipe. We make it often, it is literally tapped in the stove! Every time I do the perfect work. I sometimes do not find the canalini beans if I can change it. In addition it is so perfect!”

Simple recipe for tuskney soup

If you have never gone to the olive garden or have a Zuppa Tuscana soup anywhere else, I describe it as a creamy potato soup filled with tasty Italian sausages, black and bacon. The original version uses heavy cream, salted pork and whole pound sausage, but I decided to try to light it a little. I used half a half of white beans instead of heavy creams, submitted a smoked paprika to smoke instead of salted pork and then loaded on potatoes and black. The result? Still completely creamy and tasty choc, as well as a large dose of vegetables. Whenever I make this soup, I know that I do not eat anything without straight for the next four days (it has black, so okay, right?).

When you add dairy to a homemade soup like this, it is possible to separate or lawyer. To avoid this, I have always made my soup (and don't let it ever boil!), But everyone intends to enjoy their zoopa tokana as intentionally, so I have updated the recipe to include the following information:

  1. Use room temperature half and half, as the cold dairy is likely to be thicker than the dairy of room temperature
  2. Half half with some hot broth before adding to the soup

These tips (the temperature of the room and half, half and half, the dairy before the pot and the boil only after adding the soup) your soup will go a long way to keep the silk-grot and cream. No Cordal or granulated

  • 1/2 Lb Italian sausage, hot or mild* ($ 2.23)
  • 1 Yellow onion ($ 0.70)
  • 2 Clove Garlic ($ 0.08)
  • 1 15 ounces. Can do Great Northern Beans ** ($ 0.94)
  • 1/2 Tsp Smoked peprich ($ 0.05)
  • 3 Cup Chicken broth *** ($ 0.39)
  • 1 Cup Water ($ 0.00)
  • 1 Lb Red potatoes ($ 2.55)
  • 1/2 Lb Black, chopped with stems, slices ($ 1.50)
  • 2 Cup Half and half, room temperature **** ($ 1.49)
  • 1 Pinch Red pepper flakes, optional ($ 0.02)
  • Fresh crack black pepper, optional ($ 0.05)

  • Add the sausage to a large soup pot and add on medium heat, cut into small pieces while cooking. If the touch of olive oil is attached, there should be enough fat to stick to the sausage. This is okay if the amount of the pot is a little bit of the amount of the pot.

  • When cooking the sausage, tweak the onion dice and garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sown until the onions are soft. Onion moisture will help to dissolve any brown pieces of sausage at the bottom of the pot.

  • Remove the beans cans and rinse. Add beans, smoked paprica, chicken broth and a cup of water. Place a lid on the pot and let it boil on medium heat.

  • When the pot is heated, cut each potato in the length, then cut into thin, 1/8-inch thick slices. Add potatoes to a pot with pre-flat black. When the black pot is added first, it will fill, but the heat from the liquid will be separated within a few minutes. To help the wilting process, stirring occasionally.

  • Boil the pot for about 15 minutes on medium heat or until the potatoes are soft.

  • Remove some hot broth from the pot, transfer it to a separate bowl, and take half and half of the room temperature. Now, add half and half a mixture back to the soup pot with potatoes and black. Bring everything to a boil (don't boil it!).

  • Season with red pepper flakes and fresh crack black pepper if desired.

Brown sausage: 1/2 lb in a large soup pot. Add the Italian sausage and sown on medium heat, cut it into the area while cooking it. I did not use any extra oil because the sausage is very fatty. Add onion and garlic to the pot and continue to sown until the onions are soft.

All the Internet Hyper deserves completely. So. Good.

The sausage in this copycat Jhuppa Toskana recipe is responsible for adding a lot of taste, so if you plan to exclude sausage to make this recipe vegetarian, you need to increase the spice. I suggest adding a tablespoon or Italian spice mixture to make the spices found in the Italian sausage. You may have to add an additional can of beans to take a slight part in the soup. Also be sure to use a vegetarian broth!

Instructions for serving

This is really a meal in starch potatoes, protein sausage and soybean and vegetarian black bowl, but if you want something on the side, I have covered you. Garlic bread Maybe my first choice or you can make something easier Bread is not bread Or Soda bread?? Or maybe you want to go a little lighter and add a Sore You really think you are in the olive garden!

Storage and rehatiting

If you are lucky, you can store them in the fridge for 3-4 days. I want to participate in a personal ventilation container to facilitate the heating. To rejuvenate, you can either use microwave or stovetop, stirring occasionally until completely heated. Some readers have successfully frozen this soup and said it melts and heats well! I freeze this for 3 months. If you decide to freeze it, just keep in mind that dairy-based soups can sometimes be separated after melting and potatoes can be slightly confused.
