The beef is brown until it is perfectly tasty, Capricorn is all rich, soaking the goodness of the tomatoes, and the red wine has added the right room to which it is boiling all day … even if it comes together in a very short time. 1. Do I need to use red wine? If this dish is as scary as possible as human beings. But if you can't use red wine, you Can do In its place beef broth. You still have a beautiful Rockkin 'red sauce, but it won't be good to “weaken in the knee”.
  2. Add some cheese. In this old -fashioned Gaullash recipe, a common twist cheese is added. I will choose a medium or sharp chader and just sprinkle in the pot with just a squeezing or a overall tasty taste like me Cheesy vegetarian pepper mac??
  3. Use a large, heavy-duty soup pot. For the “one-ray pasta”, you need a cookware that is really thick and heavy so that the material is evenly heat. Thin cookware will create hot spots and cold spots and the pasta will be unevenly cooking. For this recipe, I used the enamel-coated cast iron Dutch oven.
  4. Boil before adding pasta. I combine meat, veg and sauce to intensify the taste (and the tomato's acidity) before adding the pasta. When the sauce is boiling and thicker, this pasta stops with a lot of confusion.
  5. Make it your own. This dish is very versatile, so free to add more vegetables such as mushrooms or spinach. You can also add less seasoning to the taste!

Instructions for serving

I consider it “a pot meal”, which means that in this dish you cover everything you need in the meal: carb, protein and vegetables. If anything, you want some crusty bread to hurt that delicious grave or maybe a Greek salad Aside for added crunch and extra vegetables.

Can you freeze the gaulsh?

Yes! This pot is a very freezer-friendly recipe for the American Gaullash recipe. Be sure to cool it completely in the refrigerator first, then transfer to the freezer for long -term storage. I suggest freezing for a maximum of three months. And remember, the label and date of everything in your freezer!
