The Graham Crackers has been the base of the American chamber since 1829, when Sylvester Graham, the Presbyterian minister, came up with a full wheat crush. The original biscuits were without fat, sugar and salt, and the cardboard-like pub was intended to deter the immoral thoughts and very, very different from the sweetened Graham biscuits that we know and love today, fortunately. To find the best Graham biscuits, we tasted seven different brands, which you will probably find online or at the local supermarket. We took each one without knowing which Graham Cracker was, and after our editors tasted the road through seven different biscuits, we tabulated the results and crowned a general winner, which we would be happy to bring to our own campfire, plus another worthy racer.

The criteria
The good Graham Kiscs must be the earth's land from whole grain flour; This should be relatively healthy without reminiscent of sawdust or cardboard. It should be nicely crunchy and strong, but not so hard it is difficult to break with the teeth easily. It should be a fine sweet; Welcome to the notes of honey, molasses or vanilla, but should not be too strong. Graham biscuits must be thick enough to sandwich a s'more sandwich, but not so thick that it is impossible to bite.

Our editorial director, DanielHe thought they were “classic” and described as “air and crunchy.” Similarly, associated editorial director, MeganThey thought they had a “solid Graham biscuit texture” and “nicely crunchy”. Our Senior Social Media Editor, OutskirtsHe noticed the “Tip of Heating Spices”, which is probably from molasses. Although Megan found them a little boring, he appreciated that they were not too sweet. – All right! You need pillars and chocolate, ”he wrote. But then again, not all Graham biscuits?

Favorite day honey flavored gram biscuits
Our editors enjoyed the honey notes of these biscuits; Daniel again thought they were “classic”. Although Kelli enjoyed the taste of these biscuits, they found them a little too crumbly: “I had an impact and fell all biscuits on my shirt.” However, other tasters liked their crunch.
By finishing
With the exception of one of the brands, which was obsolete and burnt -out aftertaste, most of the Graham biscuits we tried was very good. Our winner, Nabisco Classic Grams, was the only brand we tried and did not contain honey; The biscuit is sweetened with sugar and molasses. All other brands contained sugar, honey and/or melas.

Since Graham biscuits are usually accompanied by vessels or other sweets, either as bark or as vehicles, the quality of the biscuit used should not be as important as the quality of the ingredients that are paired with them, such as the filling of a pie or chocolate and marshmallow for s'mores. If you are planning to cook or bake with Graham Crackers, you will probably be happy with what you have chosen. However, if you plan to eat biscuits on its own, you may want to have a tastier biscuit than our winners, Nabisco Classic Grams and your favorite day -to -day Graham biscuits.
Our testing methodology
All flavors are completely hidden and do without discussion. Tasters taste the samples in random order. For example, tasting may first taste the sample, while the B tasting will first taste the six samples. The purpose of this is to prevent the fatigue of the palate unfairly securing one pattern. The tasters are asked to fill out the tasting pages, which rank the samples for various criteria. All the data are charted and the results are calculated without an editorial input to provide as little portrayal as possible.
